- 1 SCOPE
(1) The goods and services offered by ABOUT.ALEXA (hereinafter "we") are provided exclusively on the basis of the following terms and conditions.
(2) The ABOUT.ALEXA online shop can be reached at www.aboutalexa.de and is aimed exclusively at consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
(3) A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose which cannot be attributed to either his commercial or his independent professional activity.

- 3 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
(1) The presentation of the goods on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(2) By clicking the "Buy Now" button during the ordering process, the customer submits a binding offer to Unger to conclude a purchase contract for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows automatically after the order has been sent and does not constitute acceptance of the contract, but is merely for information purposes.
(3) ABOUT.ALEXA can accept the customer's offer by confirming the dispatch of the goods by email or by delivering the goods within five working days. ABOUT.ALEXA is not obliged to accept the offer. In the case of advance payment, the goods will only be dispatched after the full amount has been credited to our account.
(4) If delivery of the ordered goods is not possible, for example because the corresponding goods are not available, ABOUT.ALEXA will refrain from accepting the order. Any consideration already received will be refunded immediately.
(5) If a financing offer is made to the customer in addition to the purchase offer, the validity of the purchase contract is subject to the condition that the financing company assumes responsibility for the financing.
- 4 PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

(3) Payment can be made by credit card, advance payment or PayPal. ABOUT.ALEXA reserves the right not to offer certain payment methods for each order and to refer to other payment methods.
- a) Payment method: advance payment
If you pay in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 5 days of receiving this information. If you are in default of payment, the purchase price will be subject to interest of 5% points above the base interest rate during the period of default. We reserve the right to prove and claim higher damages caused by the delay.
- b) Payment method credit card, Paypal and instant bank transfer
If you pay by credit card, Paypal, iDeal or Sofortüberweisung, your credit card, Paypal or bank account will be debited immediately upon completion of your order.
- 5 STORAGE OF THE CONTRACT TEXT
We store your order details. You will receive an order confirmation including the details you provided by email. You can view your previous orders in the "My Account" area under "Orders" if you have registered as a customer and logged in to the website with your access data.
- 6 RESERVATION OF TITLE
The goods remain the property of Unger until the purchase price has been paid in full. Before ownership is transferred, pledging, transfer by way of security, processing or modification is not permitted without our consent.
- 7 CANCELLATION
(1) Consumers have a right of withdrawal within fourteen days.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form included with the delivery, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
(2) The right of withdrawal does not exist
- for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, for the supply of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded,
- in the case of delivery of goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,
- in the case of delivery of goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

(3) Please avoid damage and contamination. Send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use additional protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage caused by inadequate packaging.
(4) Please note that the recommendations referred to in paragraph (3) are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
- Return
2.1 We ask our customers to bear the shipping costs incurred for return shipments.
2.2 The return of the goods will only be carried out by the shipping service provider through which the package was delivered.
2.3 Please note that we can only accept returns from the respective delivery country. For example, if the delivery was made to Austria, the return can only be initiated from Austria.
2.4 In case of a return, a credit will be made to your account/card, any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

- 9 DELIVERY
(1) Within Germany, shipping can be arranged via DHL.
(2) If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects immediately to the deliverer and please contact us as soon as possible.
(3) Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.
