Shipping & Returns

Our packages are shipped with DHL only within Germany. The shipping time is usually 1 to 3 working days. We ask our customers to cover the shipping costs incurred for returns.

All deliveries sent by ABOUT.ALEXA are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as you have received your delivery and confirmed it in writing, the insurance cover expires. In the event that you make a separate delivery agreement with the delivery company (e.g. preferred location), please note the delivery company's terms and conditions, which are independent of us. In most cases, the delivery service provider does not accept liability.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
