For every brand, I ask myself the same question: Does it have its own distinct style? Can I use it to create special looks for my customers? With Gitta Banko, the answer was immediately clear.

She designs from the perspective of someone who has styled and been in front of the camera for years. You notice this in the details: in the waistband height of pants, the drape of a blouse, how a piece looks when you move in it – not just when you stand still. That's knowledge you don't get from a drawing board.

I think in styles, not individual pieces. That's exactly what this label is made for: the pieces work together and can also be combined with our other designers.

We offer a deliberately compact selection ranging from €129 to €449. The focus is on pieces that truly form the foundation of a wardrobe:

• Blouses and Shirts – including the Esmeralda in White and Ash Wood, the Sophia in White, and the Lea in Black
• Pants and Denim – the Shannon in several washes, the Avery in Ocean Blue and Light Grey, plus the Camille and the Sol
• Blazer, Jacket, Dress, and Tops as complements – including the Elenor Blazer and the Mila Dress in Black

A special feature that is easily overlooked online: The Elenor Blazer, the Sol Pants, and the Camille Pants are available in the same Grey-Checked design. You can wear them as a complete suit look or combine them individually – two very different effects from the same three pieces.

How I Combine Gitta Banko

Denim is the easiest entry point. The Shannon has a cropped O-shape silhouette that brings a lot of attitude – a simple top is enough, and the look is complete. If you prefer a calmer look, choose the Avery.

The white blouses are our most sought-after pieces from the label, and for good reason: a well-cut white blouse is the piece that determines whether a look appears understated or special. With denim, it becomes casual; with the Grey-Checked blazer, it immediately becomes business-appropriate.
