E-Commerce and Social Media Manager

To further expand our team, we are now looking forward to YOU ​​- a committed, competent and personable e-commerce and social media manager.

These exciting tasks await you:

Support of the online store:

    1. Responsibility for increasing online sales and conversion rates
    2. Analysis and monitoring of the performance of the online shop, identification of optimization potential
    3. Development and implementation of e-commerce strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
    4. Ensuring a seamless online shopper experience, including product presentation, navigation and checkout process
    5. Collaborate with the entire ABOUT.ALEXA team to plan and implement targeted online promotions

Management and control of the Instagram social media account:

    1. Planning and implementation of a digital marketing and social media strategy, especially to increase the number of followers and the engagement rate on Instagram
    2. Creating engaging and relevant content to increase brand presence and awareness
    3. Actively interact with the Instagram community, respond to customer inquiries and maintain positive customer relationships
    4. Use of analyses and insights to continuously optimize the social media strategy

Development and production of high-quality content:

    1. Creation of appealing visual and textual content for the online store and social media channels
    2. Collaborate with photographers, designers, testimonials and other team members to produce high-quality product images and visual content
    3. Writing engaging product descriptions and stories that convey the brand message

Your profile:

You have proven experience in e-commerce or in managing an online store and in social media management, ideally in the fashion or retail sector, and therefore have in-depth knowledge of how to use e-commerce platforms and social media tools. You are creative and have a passion for fashion and lifestyle products. And you have a positive, winning personality, strong communication skills and can turn creative ideas into convincing content.
