A pair of trousers defines the entire look. It determines the proportion, the posture – and ultimately, how you feel throughout the day. That is why I am particularly picky when it comes to trousers.

Anyone who only does one thing will eventually do it very well. With PNTS, you notice this in the places where other brands get sloppy: the waist height, the drape of the leg, and the question of whether a pair of trousers still holds its shape after the third wear.

For me, what always counts with a label is whether I can combine it with our other collections. PNTS is ideal for this – understated enough to wear with a statement blazer or an eye-catching blouse, and independent enough to work on its own.

PNTS names its cuts instead of numbering them, and that helps with searching. At ABOUT.ALEXA, you will find, among others:

• The Baggy – widely cut, with plenty of volume in the leg.
• The Loose – the more relaxed version, including a turn-up hem.
• The O Shape – the most distinctive silhouette in the range, roundly cut and tapering towards the bottom.
• The Gent and The Friend – more classic cuts for business and everyday life.

In addition, there are five denim models. The selection ranges from €85 to €229 in total.

How I style PNTS

Wide cuts need calm up top. With the Baggy or the O Shape, I prefer to wear a simple top or a fine knit sweater – then the trousers take the lead, and the look remains clear nonetheless.

Conversely, The Mini L works as a counterweight to a more eye-catching top: a statement blouse, a patterned blazer, or a piece with a print. The trousers provide the structure, the top the personality.
