Love Stories

Love Stories was founded in 2013 by Dutch interior designer Marloes Hoedeman in Amsterdam, Netherlands. While strolling through a department store, she was frustrated by the lack of lingerie available to her - either restrictive shapewear, super-sexy push-ups, or sports bras - and was also surprised to learn that most lingerie brands are owned by men. Inspired by the idea of creating fun and comfortable designs that she herself would like to wear, and with the vision of shaking up the lingerie industry, Love Stories was born.

Since then, the brand has become synonymous with its distinctive look: an effortlessly cool "perfect mismatch" of materials, color combinations, silhouettes, and textures. Instead of playing by the rules, Love Stories ignores the traditional lingerie manual in favor of comfort and confidence; its premium pieces are uniquely fashionable, quirky, and never taken too seriously. The collections are based on the idea that lingerie can - and should! - be an integral part of any wardrobe, whether as a hidden first layer or as underwear too beautiful to hide, as outerwear. Above all, this lingerie is designed by women for women, who wear it for themselves and not for anyone else.
